Stam van Virtuose, Moujik en Intradella Z
The pedigree of Eclipse d’Hyrencourt’s sire, Ogano Sitte, combines two Olympic horses: Darco (1992 Barcelona, Ludo Philippaerts) and Gute Sitte (team bronze medal Montreal 1976, Eric Wauters). Ogano Sitte played a leading role on the international showjumping scene. Some of his highlights: winner of the Naples Grand Prix, fourth in a 1m50 class in Hickstead and sixth in the Maubeuge Grand Prix (1m50). Many descendants of Ogano Sitte are following in his hoofprints, such as Upset des Cinq Chenes (Natalia Belova), Tonik Hero (Wouter Devos), Gaudi (Marcus Ehning and Federico Fernandez), Viego Les Hauts (Pieter Clemens and Victoria Gulliksen), Vegas de Sainte-Hermelle (Alisa Danilova), Empire van ’t Ruytershof (Pedro Paulo Luz Lacerda) and Aganix du Seigneur (Jos Lansink).Via her dam, Linotte de Sohan, Eclipse d’Hyrencourt belongs to a very successful performance line. Partnered with Laurent Thirion, Linotte made a remarkable international début, including first place in the Deauville puissance and fourth place in the Deauville Grand Prix (1m50). Pieter Devos subsequently started to compete with Linotte de Sohan, winning the Oslo puissance, seventh in a 1m45 class in Copenhagen (4*), third in Lummen (5*, 1m40) and 13th in Birmingham (3*, 1m55). Linotte de Sohan produced several international performers, such as Virtuose d’Hyrencourt (Jos Lansink and Therese s. Henriksen), Unique d’Hyrencourt (Massimo Grossato), Banco d’Hyrencourt (Saverio Cipriani) and Chic Hin d’Hyrencourt (Cecilie Hatteland). Femke P, the grandmother of Eclipse d’Hyrencourt, didn’t only produce approved stallions (such as Moujik de Sohan and Udancer Hero), but also several international showjumpers (such as Linotte de Sohan, Moujik de Sohan, Jerom (sporting name: Fritzy), Peper Gold, Intradella Z and Femke de Kalvarie). It’s also interesting to mention that Uranie d’Hyrencourt, a full sister to Eclipse d’Hyrencourt, produced Crooner d’Hyrencourt Z (by Crown Z), an approved stallion with Studbook Zangersheide.

Eclipse is a daughter of Linotte de Sohan, the favorite pet of my father! Linotte has given him Virtuose d’Hyrencourt, the stallion of Jos Lansink, which goes to the Europeans in Aachen for Norway.”
