On mother’s side this Cum Laude Z has the precious blood of Lord and of Wahnfried, two sires of full quality from the Holsteiner breeding area. Iburgina, Ferrum’s mother is the daughter of the top sire Burggraaf. This Holsteiner sire in Dutch service makes himself known as a father but as a dam producer as well. So Montender (f. Contender) , the double European champion comes from a Burggraaf mother and those are references not everybody can show.
