Ilanda’s father is legendary jumping horses sire Ramiro (°1965), bred by Paul Bahlmann deform Cottage Son xx-daughter Valine. At age 2,5 he became ‘Reservesiegerhengst’ at the Hostein stallion show in Elmshorn. His exceptional jumping qualities surfaces pretty quickly . He won the performance tests in Westercelle and afterwards impressed at the international level jumpings with rider Fritz Ligges. Ramiro has left his mark on just about every dignified European breeders association . He has fathered astounding jumping horses and a reputation as a ‘mare maker’ or ‘Stutenmacher) , examples of which include multiple Olympic horse Ratina Z, Rinnetou Z, Riviera Z and Rodante Z who, partnered with Piet Raijmakers, exceptionally successful in international jumping competitions of the highest levels.

Through her dam, Elanda, Ilanda inherited the special and much sought after Heartbreaker performance blood. With Peter Geerink in the saddle, Heartbreaker was successful in the international jumping scene He is furthermore renowned for producing jumping horses, including jumping cracks like Romanov (Bertram Allen), VDL Groep Zidane (Leopold Van Asten), Heidi du Ruisseau Z (Samuel Hutton, Alexandra Thornton and Edwina Tops-Alexander), Valentin R (Michael Whitaker), Hardrock Z (Emanuel Andrade) and Oak Grove’s Heartfelt (Rolf-Göran Bengtsson).
Ilanda’s grandmother, Torlanda, also mothered a.o. Dolanda Chin (v. Chin Chin). Dolanda Chin in turn is mother to Mister Picobello Z, a Mr. Blue-zoon approved in the AES and performing at 1m35-1m40-level internationally.
Her dam line links Ilanda to the Hannover Jafa/Jamuna-branch. An important subset of this branch is formed by Dona Lisa, who is Ilanda’s great grandmother. Other international jumping horses part of this subset are Aertbreaker (performing with different riderd under the sports name Edinburgh at 1m50-1m55-level up to tot 5*), Bamiro (Hervé Godignon and Fabienne Daigneux-Lange), Corlanda (Nicolas Houzelle and Stephanie Hennequin) and AD Camille Z (Jumping with riders Marta Fernandez Andrade and Athina Onassis at the very highest level, including participation to world equestrian games, world cup games, GCT-Five star games, etc…)
