The BWP stallion Non Stop is, with a lead, the best son of Darco in stud. This hard-as-nails sire, after an impressive career with Patrick Vandereyt and Nelson Pessoa, was active in the international jumping sport with Jan Spaas until he was 15.
His offspring also cope easily with the pressure and exertions of heavy international work, as shown by talents such as Rolex Van Berkenbroek, Semtex, Tibaldi, Semsaladem, Takashi Van Berkenbroeck and Topic.
Odessa, the mother of Iceman v/d Nethe is the “Queen of LRV”. She won 15 times in the Z-class, 18 times she came 2nd and 11 times she was 3rd. 1997 was her top-year when she won both the Provincial and the National Title. Under the saddle of Nick Van Gorp, Odessa showcased a quality and winner’s mentality that few horses exhibit and that makes her also today a real superstar for breeding.
